COVID-19: A Letter to Our Stakeholders

Dear Timco Stakeholder,

Given the continued concern around COVID-19, I want to take this time to assure you that Timco Rubber Products, Inc. is open and continuing business as usual. According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Timco Rubber Products’ business is considered “Essential.” As a result our office, shipping and receiving, and management of our supply chain will remain open. We are sending all of our stakeholders best wishes for your company, employees, and their families during this unprecedented time.

Our staff and families are healthy and we’re taking steps to ensure you can continue to rely on Timco for all your rubber needs. We have moved a few of our staff to remote work to reduce health risks. Our employees know of the importance of implementing the precautions advised by the CDC, which include social distancing, increased hygiene measures, and staying home from work when they or a member of their household is ill.

As we all have witnessed during the past weeks, situations are evolving very quickly. We are taking the lead from our national and state governments with respect to business-related guidance and potential quarantines. Our plan is for continued operations to serve you, while protecting our staff, their families, and our stakeholders from the impacts of the virus. We have contingency plans in place should they be needed to ensure we can serve you as best as possible.

At this time, it is business as usual at Timco Rubber. Your sales and customer service teams will contact you directly should we anticipate interruption to our production and delivery schedules. Please do not hesitate to contact your sales and customer service team, or me, with questions or concerns. We are committed to keeping our staff safe and our customers satisfied during this uncertain time.
